Normally the hotel ski rooms are in the cellars of the hotel, therefore are cold and wet. This will not dry your boots for your next days skiing.

 

 

 

Hotels do not allow ski boots or equipment in the rooms, as they can cause quite substantial damage if they fall or are dropped. SKI & BOARD EQUIPMENT STORAGE

The equipment storage is located on the British/Irish side of the piste. This is the only storage that offers direct access to the piste, and that is heated. After each day’s skiing or boarding, your boots are dried for your next day's skiing or boarding. The storage is located just 20meters from all the main ski lifts and 30meters from the ski school meeting point. Opening times are from 8.45am - 5.15pm.
There is nothing worse than carrying all your heavy equipment back and forward to your hotel each day and then putting on wet boots.
